What is "Project 2025"? A 900-Page Plan to Destroy America as We Know It. Here's a ONE-MINUTE Summary.

"Project 2025" is a 900-page Authoritarian plan mostly written by the far rightwing Heritage Foundation that will go into effect immediately upon the election of Donald J. Trump.

It demands the purging of tens of thousands of career federal workers all across government in favor of hiring only loyalists to Trump.

Makes the US in essence a "Christian nation." States that married heterosexuality is the only valid form of sexual expression and identity.

Demands that all pregnancies would be carried to term, even if that requires coercion or death.

Establishes that transgender and gender-nonconforming people do not exist.

Eliminates the Dept of Education.

Shuts down NOAA (National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration) which is crucial during weather emergencies like hurricanes.

Dismantles the immigration system.

Drastically reduce visas, ends the Dream Act (allowing minors who came here as children and have been in the US for at least 5 years to stay and work here, and if they qualify, to attain permanent residency).

Continues tax cuts for the wealthy.

Allows Trump to institute a 10% tariff on all imported goods (100% for some items) which will instantly create massive inflation.

Slashes protections for LGBTQ Americans, abortion rights, Social Security and Medicaid.

Stops government efforts to lower drug costs.

Gives Trump total control over the FBI and institutes a rightwing agenda at the Pentagon.

Forbes--hardly a Liberal publication--says it will undermine democracy, supercharge government corruption, and devastate the American economy.

California Congressman Jared Huffman said, “Project 2025 is more than an idea, it's a dystopian plot that’s already in motion to dismantle our democratic institutions, abolish checks and balances, chip away at church-state separation, and impose a far-right agenda that infringes on basic liberties and violates public will.

Trump's Giant Whoppers During the Biden-Trump Debate

Yes, President Biden had a bad showing at the debate.  He seemed to be suffering from laryngitis and a cold. He was clearly off his mark.  We guarantee he'll be back to being "Scrappy Scranton Joe" in a couple of days. No one watching thought, "Gee, I wanted to vote for Biden but he sounds so raspy I have to go with Trump."

Donald Trump, the 34-times convicted felon, however refused to answer almost every question. Moderators had to ask him three times if he'd accept the election results no matter who won. He eventually said "if it's fair and honest." That means no, he will not, unless he wins.

Trump unleashed a torrent of lies so fast no one could possibly fact-check him in real time. Here are just a few:

TRUMP DEBATE LIES

"They are executing babies after birth." LIE. No such thing.

"Everybody wanted to overturn Roe." LIE. 75% of Americans Support Roe.

"We had the biggest deficit under Biden." LIE. One quarter of the entire debt happened with Felon Trump: $8,000,000,000. That's eight TRILLION dollars of debt.

"Biden takes millions from China." LIE. No evidence whatsoever. Know whose crap is all Made In China? The Convicted Felon and his daughter.

"Biden wants to quadruple your taxes." LIE. He's stated for 5 years NOT ONE PENNY of tax increases will go to anyone making under $400k a year.

"US provided more aid to Ukraine than Europe." LIE. Europe provides more.

"Immigrants come from prisons and mental institutions" LIE. No evidence for that whatsoever. And President Biden cut immigration numbers by 40% WITHOUT any help from this do-nothing congress.

"Pelosi turned down 10,000 National Guard I offered on January 6." LIE. She and Schumer are on videotape FURIOUS because for over 3 hours the Felon refused to send the Guard for his rioters.

"2020 election fraud." Giant LIE, also known as #TheBigLie. Over 60 courts said NOPE. His own Atty Gen said NOPE. His own DOJ said NOPE. Election officials in every swing state said NOPE.

"Biden indicted me." LIE. The Convicted Criminal Trump was indicted by the State of NY, not the DOJ, and found GUILTY of 34 felonies by a JURY his own lawyers approved.

"Biden made up the 'suckers and losers' quote." LIE. His own former Chief of Staff, John Kelly heard him say it and reported it to The Atlantic. Kelly's own son died serving in Afghanistan.

"I passed the Vets Choice Program." LIE. President OBAMA signed it into law in 2014.

We will continue to support the old guy who has served America honorably for 50 years--NOT the old guy who's a Convicted Criminal with 34 FELONIES so far, and 3 more criminal trials on the way, who sent rioters to overturn an election he lost, secretly paid a porn star hush money via Financial Fraud to hide his filthy affair from America, sent fake electors to 7 states, begged Georgia to invent 11,780 nonexistent votes, stole cases of classified documents and secret war plans, refused to answer any questions and LIED all through the debate.

Hunter Biden Guilty on 3 Charges. Trump is still a 34 Felon Criminal

A US jury found President Biden's son Hunter guilty of 3 charges of owning a gun for a week illegally and lying on the forms about drug use. At the time he was dealing with a severe addiction to cocaine but working on his recovery.

Almost no one is ever charged for this unless they commit another crime using the illegally-owned gun. This is similar to many states' seat belt laws: You won't be pulled over for foolishly driving without buckling up unless you've committed some other infraction. Then you get the additional ticket.

Nonetheless, the jury has fairly spoken.

Notice that NO ONE in the President's family, none of the Progressive pundits, or any hosts on MSNBC are shrieking, "Unfair! Witch hunt! Conflicted judge! Did nothing wrong! Rigged! Weaponized!"

President Biden himself, last week on ABC, stated he would accept the verdict and would not hand his son a pardon, despite the fact that the prosecutor was a holdover from Trump's term. Did the President have the power to fire the prosecutor? Yes. Did he? No. Does the President have the power to pardon his son? Yes. Will he? No.

This is how a fair and honorable president who understands the judicial system shows respect toward it, even at the expense of his own son.

Now imagine if an Obama-era prosecutor was held over into the Trump administration. Of course that would never happen. And imagine if that prosecutor brought a trial against one of Trump's spawn. Would that continue? Of course not. Trump would never keep the Obama prosecutor on the job, never let his spawn be tried, and never accept the consequences.

Trump's MAGATS are happy because they finally got a little, tiny checkmark in the win column. Yep, Hunter illegally had a gun for a week. But their cult leader still has 34 felonies and committed financial fraud, election interference, was judged to have raped E Jean Carol, incited a violent insurrection, stole classified documents, war plans and nuclear secrets, schemed with henchmen to send fake electors to 7 states, defamed and slandered election workers, demanded Georgia concoct 11,780 non-existent votes for him, among other crimes.

Kristi Noem is Not Only a Murderer But Also a Pathological Liar

We've all heard the sickening account of Kristi Noem, governor of South Dakota, who shot a dog in the face and then continued her killing spree of defenseless animals by shooting a goat in the same gravel pit. But beyond being a despicable sociopath she has also exposed herself as a liar.

In her own book, in her own words, "Cricket" the dog was exuberant, full of life, and playful, having "the time of his life" just before she dragged him to a gravel pit and murdered him. She stated--again in her own words--that she was training him to hunt and kill birds. When he did just that to a neighbor's chicken (last time we checked, chickens were birds!), she killed him. And then she killed a goat because, well, he smelled like a goat.

She claimed he got out of the car and got to the chickens. How did he get out of the car? That would be her fault. Dogs don't just get out of cars on their own.

At least two other lies have surfaced this week with probably many more to come.

First, she claimed she "stared down" Kim Jong Un. "I’m sure he underestimated me, having no clue about my experience staring down little tyrants."

Problem is, she never met him. "Nothing like this happened," said Syd Seiler, a former U.S. intel officer who worked with N. Korea for decades.

And then she claimed she cancelled a visit with French President Emmanuel Macron.  That never happened either. She was never invited for such a visit.

Noem has proven that she is a self-aggrandizing liar who will say anything to appear tough in hopes of being picked to be running mate to Criminal Defendant Trump. Remember, Donald's former VP, Mike Pence, has stated he will not support him.

Trump's Dystopian View of America in His Own Words to Time Magazine

What to expect if Donald Trump is re-elected to a second term as president? With no guardrails, no worry about being re-elected, and no normal Constitution-abiding aides or cabinet members to worry about, this is what an unconstrained, authoritarian Trump told Time.

Among other things, he clearly stated he would

  • Pardon all January 6th Capitol rioters
  • Fire all U.S. attorneys who don't prosecute his enemies
  • Add tariffs from 10%-100% on all imported goods, which consumers end up paying
  • Deport 11 million people
  • Open migrant detention camps
  • Let red states "monitor" pregnant women
  • Prosecute violators of abortion bans in all states
  • Shut down the Pandemic Response offices
  • Staff entire administration with election deniers

None of this is speculation; everything listed here--and more--was what he told Time. All directly from Donald Trump's mouth.

You can read the entire article here.

Trump Falls Asleep At His Own Criminal Trial

April 15 marked the first day of Donald J. Trump's first criminal trial. Jury selection began for what's casually called the "Hush Money Trial" but is really about financial fraud and election interference.

It's a simple case: Trump's lawyer and "fixer," Michael Cohen, paid porn star Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet about a sexual affair with Trump.  Donald paid Cohen back with a series of checks that were falsely labeled "retainer agreements."  The result: this case of hush-money payments designed to hide the whole scheme from voters.  Trump was busy cheating on his wife back when she was home nursing his newborn son.  Hiding this from voters just days before the election provides the election interference portion of the case.

So this "hush money case" is really about financial fraud and election interference.

Despite the gravity of the first-ever criminal trial of a former US president, Donald Trump could barely stay awake during his own jury selection.

Multiple reporters stated they saw him having trouble keeping his eyes open. One stated he was "nodding off, head nodding down, sort of jolting back up at one point." Others stated he paid no attention to a note one of his lawyers handed him, but instead "his jaw kept falling on his chest, his mouth kept going slack."

As reported in Newsweek

"Breaking: Trump has fallen asleep at his own trial per @nytimes. OTOH [On the other hand] can you blame him? They were reading his tweets and posts," wrote journalist and commentator Keith Olbermann.

"Where's Mike Lindell when you need him #SleepyDon," posted The Lincoln Project, an organization founded by anti-Trump conservatives.

"If Trump is too old and weak to stay awake at his own criminal trial, what do you think will happen in the Situation Room?" posted Dan Pfeiffer, a co-host of Pod Saves America.

Joyce Vance, a former federal prosecutor, wrote, "If he can't keep his eyes open when his own liberty is at stake, why would Americans have confidence he's capable of focus when our country's interests require sound presidential leadership?"

Why the Supreme Court Must Rule Trump Is Not Eligible to Run

Pundits and Trump supporters on the right have been screaming that states "cannot take away our right to vote for the candidate of our choice."

That is not correct. You have no such right. Not if that candidate is ineligible.

If a 21 year old decides he wants to run for president, you do not have the right to vote for him because he doesn't have the right to run. The U.S. Constitution clearly states you have to be at least 35 years of age.

If a person born in, let's say, Venezuela wants to run for president, you do not have the right to vote for him because he doesn't have the right to run. The U.S. Constitution clearly states you have to be a "naturally born citizen of the United States," meaning born on American soil or meeting legal requirements for natural born citizenship.

And just as clear is the U.S. Constitution stating "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

Trump not only "engaged in insurrection" by inciting and encouraging his violent cultists to "march to the Capitol," and to "fight like hell or you won't have a country." He also gave "aid or comfort" to them (supported them) by watching their violent, deadly antics on TV for over three hours before weakly calling them off and telling them he loves them.

For the record, "insurrection" is defined as "a violent uprising against an authority or government."

Donald Trump's Brain Has Turned to Mush

Donald Trump has always said ridiculous, nonsensical things. But his gibberish is getting more bizarre.

During the first year of Covid-19, we all remember him standing at the podium, seriously suggesting that Covid would be gone completely in a few months. "I want the churches packed for Easter," he actually said when he was downplaying it and pretending it was just like having a little cold.

When thousands started dying, he suggested, in his expert medical opinion, that you should try injecting disinfectant to cleanse the lungs in one minute. He went on to speculate that getting a bright light inside the body would kill Covid. Next was the dangerous pseudoscientific suggestion of taking Ivermectin, a horse de-wormer. Doctor Trump also suggested taking malaria pills known as Hydroxychloroquine.

In the last several days, though, his rapidly deteriorating mind has produced these gems that slipped, unfiltered, from that diseased brain right out of his mouth: "You have to have I.D. to buy a loaf of bread. "I'm driving over a road where it's almost all paper. And you know, you can see paper. I know paper. I know cans." I see that whales are washing up on shore and dying because of windmills."

He's had an irrational hatred for wind turbines, or windmills as he calls them, for quite some time, claiming the sound they produce can give you cancer.

Add to that his recent comments claiming that he, as president, should be able to assassinate any of his opponents and get away with it with total immunity. He has claimed he beat Barack Obama in 2016. Thinks Jeb Bush got us into Iraq. Said he wants to be dictator. Stated he wants to "terminate the Constitution." Called instant replay "fashionable mactified fortion," as you can see in the clip.

Fashionable mactified fortion

Just days ago he claimed Nikki Haley turned down thousands of National Guard members on January 6th, confusing her with Speaker Pelosi, as he's often claimed, pretending she had the power to call out the National Guard.  She didn't.

And during a deposition he recently looked at a picture of his rape victim, E. Jean Carroll, and said "that's Marla, Marla Maples," mistaking her for one of his ex-wives.

Putting aside his long list of crimes against America -- like inciting riots, trying to overturn the election he lost, scheming to send fake electors to seven states, stealing nuclear documents and war plans, committing financial fraud in NYC, defamation against election workers -- the dementia and decay of his diseased brain makes him ineligible for the most important job in the world.

Trump's Weak Iowa "Win"

While the media is breathlessly touting Donald Trump's "blowout" in Iowa, it makes sense to look a little closer.

Iowa is a tiny state, but it's a very conservative, very rightwing, very white state. This is exactly the kind of state where Trump should've easily gotten 80% of the caucus votes. But he didn't, despite two-thirds of republicans there accepting, and swallowing whole, his Big Lie baselessly claiming he won the 2020 election but for the "fraud."

The fact is, Iowa had a very low turnout (15% of Republican voters), and only 51% of them picked Trump.

It had the smallest voter turnout in 25 years. 110,000 out of 2.5M voters showed up. Trump won about 51% of those 110,000 votes.

In addition, Iowa is not known for picking winners. Huckabee, Santorum, and Canada's Raphael Cruz won primaries there before losing everything.

All white Iowa and their Republican caucus does not in any way represent the USA.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump is back in court today (Tuesday) for his second trial in the sexual assault and defamation of author E. Jean Carroll.

Hunter Biden Played Republicans Like a Fiddle

For years, Republicans have attempted to paint President Joe Biden as the opposite of what he is -- a smart, experienced, compassionate leader.  Because Donald Trump has been impeached twice, arrested four times in four different jurisdictions, and will be tried in court for his 91 felonies, they think it gives them permission to investigate and/or impeach Biden on a tit-for-tat basis. Problem is, they have nothing on which to base their impeachment. It's just a fever dream. Joe Biden has been in politics for 50 years and hasn't been involved in any of the alleged scandals they're dying to pin on him.

Enter Hunter Biden, the president's only living son. As you know, five years of investigations of his business activities have produced nothing that satisfies them.

Yes, Hunter had a serious substance abuse problem which he readily admitted to. Yes, he illegally owned a gun for 24 hours. And yes, he owed money to the IRS. But he paid back the delinquent taxes in full, including penalties and interest, more than two years ago.

Because of his drug and money woes, Hunter accepted help from his father in keeping up his truck payments. At the end of 2018, Hunter made three payments of $1380 to his father to reimburse him, and then took over making his own payments.

That's it. That's all they've got on him. It's important to note that Hunter Biden has never been in politics and never received a government paycheck. During the days of these three repayments, Joe wasn't in government either.

Hunter was on the board of Burisma and other foreign companies, which is perfectly legal. Donald Trump and many others also do business around the world. That didn't stop rabid, desperate Republicans from alleging -- without a shred of evidence -- that Hunter operated in an illegal manner. And they claim that he funneled millions to Joe Biden, again without a shred of evidence.

Republican House Oversight Chairman James Comer is on a crusade to find something serious to pin on Hunter Biden while attempting to create a reason to impeach Joe Biden. Comer offered Hunter a choice of a public or private hearing. When Hunter agreed to a public hearing, Comer suddenly decided it must be done behind closed doors. Not being able to take YES for an answer, he tried to hold Hunter in contempt of congress, despite Hunter actually showing up in December to answer any and all questions. During their hearing on Wednesday, Jan 10, again Hunter showed up ready and willing to be questioned in public. This threw the Republican-run committee into chaos.

They never expected Hunter to call their bluff and show up twice to be interrogated in public!

Grandstanding for the cameras, and hoping for a sound bite on Fox that night, Nancy Mace and Marjorie Taylor Greene began ranting, claiming Hunter "had no balls" to show up and answer questions, despite him being right there in the room at the time.

Representative Jared Moskowitz (D) Florida destroyed Republicans' threats to hold Hunter in contempt for not showing up -- again, with Hunter right there in the hearing room -- by offering to vote with their nonsensical contempt charge, if they would enter into the public record the list of Republicans who actually did refuse to honor Congressional subpoenas themselves, and charge them with contempt. Republicans who ignored subpoenas include Scott Perry, Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, Mo Brooks, Andy Biggs, and ex-Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Of course they refused because that's what cowards do. Moskowitz even offered to end the hearing and swear-in Hunter Biden to hear his testimony right then and there. Again they refused.

Watch Moskowitz's response here.

Attempting to hold someone in contempt for refusing to attend a congressional hearing, despite him being in the room at the time, and refusing to hear his testimony that they are allegedly dying to hear shows it's all just theater. It means they're liars. It's just a show to impress their Biden-hating base.

Republicans All But Guaranteed Democrats Will Take the House in 2024

Congratulations to the House Republicans who finally elected a new Speaker!

Yes, that's sarcasm.

Meet Mike Johnson of Louisiana. Never heard of him? No one has.

This is an unrecognizable, weak back bencher who has stated he

  • wants a nationwide abortion ban (despite two-thirds of Americans supporting abortion rights)
  • is against LGBTQ Americans' rights
  • supported the Trump insurrection at the U.S. Capitol
  • voted against certifying the already-verified and counted 2020 election results
  • voted to overturn the election
  • is an anti-science climate denier
  • is a far rightwing religious zealot.
Remember, after Speaker Kevin McCarthy was fired by his own party, and after they rejected Jim Jordan, Steve Scalise, and Tom Emmer, Johnson ended up being their fifth choice.

Why did they finally get their shit together and vote for him? Probably because enough Republicans in purple districts that voted for Biden were getting disgusted and ready to compromise with Democrats to fill the Speaker job and, at the same time, protect their own chances of being re-elected.

Does this mean that the Republican-run House will finally get down to the business of legislating for the American people? Hah! That's a laugh. They haven't accomplished a single thing for Americans since they began running the house ten months ago, and certainly that will not change now. You can bet on it.

Under Speaker Pelosi's powerful leadership, the House (along with the Senate and the White House) has enjoyed monumental accomplishments including

  • the strongest economic recovery of any nation in the G7
  • Medicare negotiating prescription drug prices
  • capping monthly insulin costs at $35
  • climate action
  • medical aid to American veteran victims of burn pits
  • historic job growth
  • historic unemployment
  • bringing back U.S. semiconductor manufacturing
  • infrastructure improvements
  • rallying the world to defend Ukraine and Israel, two American allies attacked by terrorists.
The constant chaos, infighting, extreme agenda against the wishes of the American people, and total lack of legislative accomplishments will all but guarantee Democrats taking the House back November 2024.

Trump Is Clearly Senile, Delusional, and has Dementia

Just within the last few days, Donald Trump's cognitive abilities, memory, and coherence seem to have drastically changed, and not for the better.

He suggested on his Fake Twitter platform, that General Mark Milley should be executed. He stated that Milley's phone call assuring China we weren't about to go to war with them -- right after Trump's violent mob attacked the U.S. Capitol -- was "an act so egregious that in times gone by the punishment would've been DEATH." (His emphasis)

Trump has never held the American military in high regard. Two years ago he called General Milley a dumbass, and refused to visit an American cemetery in Paris because the Marines buried there were "suckers and losers."

Trump stated during a South Carolina rally that he beat "military person Jeb Bush" in the primaries, and that Jeb started the War in Iraq. Fact is Jeb was never in the military, was never president, and therefore did not start the War in Iraq.

See the video here

He also recently claimed he beat President Obama in 2016. He certainly did not. President Obama didn't run in 2016. His opponent was Hillary Clinton. And he incoherently claimed that either Obama or Biden would "lead us into World War Two." Yes, he said "two," while claiming President Biden is "cognitively impaired."

This is just more of his constant projecting -- a defensive strategy wherein a person attributes their actions or qualities onto others.

Examples: He claims President Biden is cognitively impaired, yet he couldn't remember who he ran against in 2016, who started the Iraq War, how many World Wars have occurred, and that Jeb Bush was never president.

He projects his many attempts to steal the 2020 election onto Joe Biden. His own attorney general and many top government officials stated it was the most secure, free and fair election in history. Yet Trump -- not Biden -- tried to steal it by pressuring Pence to stop certification of the votes, by demanding Georgia "find" 11,780 votes for him, by colluding with Eastman and others to send fake electors to seven states, and by sending violent rioters to the U.S. Capitol to disrupt the certification.

Also this week, while Republicans and #QanonFreaks were gloating over Hunter Biden's indictment for illegally possessing a gun for a whole 11 days while using narcotics, Trump either bought a gun or attempted to buy one while under indictment for 91 felonies. Federal law prohibits anyone under indictment from receiving a firearm.

THIS is an Actual Witch Hunt

According to the Merriam-Webster online dictionary, the phrase "witch hunt" means the searching out and deliberate harassment of those (such as political opponents) with unpopular views.

For years, the twice-impeached, 4 times arrested and indicted, court-determined rapist, convicted sexual predator, with 91 pending felonies -- Donald Trump -- has used that term to describe investigations into his long list of crimes against America.

Here's why he's not the victim of a witch hunt:

  • The whole world saw him send a violent mob to the Capitol on January 6, 2021, saying "if you don't fight like hell you won't have a country anymore."
  • The world saw dozens of boxes of stolen documents and nuclear secrets piled up around the toilet in his bedbug-infested hotel.
  • We heard him demand Georgia officials invent 11,780 non-existent votes to overrule the voters of that state.
  • We've seen the evidence of the plot between him and his henchmen to send fake electors to seven states, thereby nullifying millions of votes in those states.
  • We've seen the hush money check to a porn star and IRS documents proving he radically changed the value of his properties to suit his needs at any moment.
These are real crimes being charged based on physical evidence.

Never satisfied with being repeatedly humiliated on the world stage, Republican Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy has decided to humiliate himself once again. He has rolled over and dutifully obeyed the most insane members of his Conspiracy Caucus, and decided to open an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

This is an actual witch hunt. There is absolutely no evidence of any crime whatsoever committed by the president. But McCarthy is beholden to crackpots like Marjorie Taylor Greene and others to whom he owes his speakership. They're controlling his puppet strings. In order to keep his speakership and not get booted at any moment (which is what he agreed to), he must bow to their whims.

Their simpleminded logic states that since their frontrunner (Trump) has been impeached for clearly obvious reasons, their opponent (Biden) must be impeached as well for retribution. This is as childish as it gets. "Oh yeah? You impeached our guy? Now we'll impeach yours."

Will this get anywhere? No. But it will rile up the Conspiracy Caucus, get more rubes to write more checks, and allow Trump -- if he's indeed their nominee -- to stand on stage with President Biden in debates and claim "you've been impeached, too."

What to "Never Forget" on September 11

When the planes flew into the World Trade Center towers, almost 3,000 people were killed. Some died instantly; others jumped out of windows; still others suffered for days before their lives ended.

This was a horrific tragedy by anyone's definition. It should never be forgotten.

Also to be remembered: the George W. Bush administration used this deadly event as an excuse to start a war in the Middle East it had been itching to begin for a long time. Saudi Arabia, which furnished 15 of the 19 terrorists, was let off the hook.

Instead, Iraq was attacked. Dick Cheney's company, Halliburton, made a fortune on the war. Colin Powell was the mouthpiece for the war in which thousands were killed for no reason. George W. Bush, who froze while reading My Pet Goat to elementary school students, was hailed as a hero and re-elected in a landslide.

During the Trump administration, Donald Trump's son-in-law took over $2,000,000,000 from Saudi Arabia, and for what reason we have yet to find out.

Donald Trump, the twice-impeached, four-times arrested and indicted, convicted sexual predator who a judge proclaimed a rapist, lied about "losing hundreds of friends" on 9/11, and claimed to see televised Muslims dancing in the street in celebration, despite no such footage existing.

As if that wasn't enough, he claimed he was in the streets that day helping clean up after the attack. Again, with every news agency and hundreds of film crews, no such evidence exists.

Worse yet, he bragged that now he owns the tallest building in New York City when he called into WWOR Channel 9.

This guy is running again for president of the United States.

Rudy Is F**ked

Donald Trump's on again, off again personal lawyer, Rudolph Giuliani, is in trouble like never before.

Rolling Stone is reporting that federal prosecutors working with special counsel Jack Smith want to know exactly how drunk Rudy was on election night when he suggested Trump just flat out lie and claim he won, and then plotted to overturn the election results.

"I think the mayor was definitely intoxicated, but I do not know his level of intoxication when he spoke with the president," testified Jason Miller, former aide to Trump, when asked at the January 6th investigation.

In addition, this week a federal judge ruled that Rudy was liable for defaming two Georgia election workers claiming they purposely mishandled a suitcase full of illegal ballots, and "passed around a thumb drive like vials of heroin."

In July, he admitted he lied about the two election workers.

Drowning in legal bills, Rudy begged Trump to help him financially, but Trump, who notoriously stiffs people who work for him, refused.

New Polls: Large Majority of Americans Agree Jan 6 Was Trump's Fault and He Interfered in GA Vote Count

According to a brand new Associated Press / NORC poll, a whopping 64% of U.S. adults agree Donald J. Trump did indeed interfere in Georgia's election vote count. 51% said his actions were illegal; 13% say they were unethical. Only 15% said he did nothing wrong. The poll gives "undecided" 20%.

This means that if all undecided voters changed their minds and said he did nothing wrong, that would still only add up to 35%. And 64% still agree he interfered.

The same poll states that 65% of U.S. adults agree that his role in inciting the violent riots on January 6, 2021 was either illegal or unethical.

A recent ABC News / Ipsos poll also says 63% of American adults agree the charges against Trump from the Georgia Grand Jury are either serious or somewhat serious.

This is not the news Donald or his ever-shrinking base of apologists wanted to hear.

It seems that the public -- even those who don't pay much attention to the news -- is finally figuring out he acted illegally in sending rioters to the Capitol and brow-beating Georgia's secretary of state into "finding 11,780 votes" that were never cast for him.

Trump is blowing through his campaign donations and those of the Republican party on his legal bills. His rallies are getting smaller. Even Fox is refusing to carry his grievance-filled, woe-is-me rallies. More and more of his top advisors and cohorts like Mike Pence and Bill Barr are speaking out and clearly stating his tired claims of voter fraud are "bullshit."

The Countdown Has Begun

August 25 at twelve noon is the deadline for Convicted Sexual Predator and current Criminal Defendant Trump to travel to the Fulton County Jail, surrender, get arrested, booked, fingerprinted, and take a mug shot. Same with all 18 of his criminal co-defendants.

“Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and so it doesn’t matter your status, we’ll have a mugshot ready for you,” Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat said recently.

The sweeping 41-count indictment also names lawyers John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro, Jenna Ellis and Ray Smith, as well as several others. All were charged with violating Georgia’s RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) law.

As of this moment, all 19 defendants will be tried together, and the trial is scheduled to begin in the next six months. Whether or not that schedule stays intact remains to be seen.

A One-Minute Summary of Trump's Indictment in the Classified Documents Probe

Here is a one-minute read summarizing the 49-page full indictment in Jack Smith's classified documents probe.  If you'd like to read the entire, unedited indictment, it is here.

Trump stored scores of boxes at Mar a Lago despite having no authorization to do so.  He stored them in a shower, bathroom, ballroom, office, and a storage room.

When the FBI opened a criminal investigation into the unlawful retention of the documents, a grand jury issued a subpoena ordering him to turn over all documents with classified markings.  Trump endeavored to obstruct the FBI and grand jury's subpoena by suggesting his lawyer simply state he didn't have any; having assistant Waltine Nauta move and hide cases of documents; providing just some of the documents to the FBI and claiming that was it; having his lawyer sign a certification claiming that all documents called for had been produced.

After stalling for a year, he turned over 38 more classified documents.

On Aug 8, 2022, with a court-ordered search warrant, the FBI recovered another 102 classified documents.

After his presidential term ended, the Secret Service provided security for Trump at Mar a Lago, but was not responsible for the boxes or their contents.  Trump did not inform the Secret Service he had classified documents at the premises.  After his term ended, he was no longer authorized to possess or retain classified materials.

A storage room containing multiple boxes of documents could be reached by multiple outside entrances including the pool area and a doorway that was usually kept open.

In May of 2021 multiple boxes containing government documents and classified documents were taken to Trump's Bedminster NJ golf resort, which also was a non-authorized location.

In July of 2021, Trump sat for an interview with a writer, publisher, and two of his aides at his Bedminster Club, and proceeded to show off some military documents describing a plan of attack against "Country A." Trump admitted at this time that "this is secret information... See, as president I could have declassified it.  Now I can't you know, but this is still a secret."  At this time, the writer, publisher, and his two assistants did not have security clearances.

In May of 2022, Trump was told by two of his then-attorneys that they needed to search through the boxes and return all classified documents.  Trump responded by saying, "I don't want anybody looking through my boxes.  What happens if we don't respond at all?  Wouldn't it be better if we just told them we don't have anything here?  Well look, isn't it better if there are no documents?"

In June of 2022, another Trump attorney signed a certification that all classified documents had been returned.  This was blatantly false; the signing attorney had not even reviewed the demands of the subpoena, nor the boxes or folders containing documents.

In July of 2022, the FBI and grand jury reviewed surveillance video and saw dozens of boxes being moved from one location to another.

In summary, Trump, his assistants and attorneys lied to the FBI, claiming they did not have the documents requested; multiple boxes were moved and hidden; he returned just some documents while claiming he was fully cooperating; he made false, misleading statements, and provided a false certification that all classified documents had been returned.

Trump's Buried in Legal Troubles Now

Thursday night, Donald Trump was indicted on 7 counts in the Special Counsel's  classified documents probe, including violations of the Espionage Act and Conspiracy to Obstruct. His aide at the White House and at Mara Lago, Walt Nauta, was also indicted on Friday.

But as bad as that was for him, matters got even worse.

There's audio tape of him admitting he took classified documents of secret military plans to attack Iran after leaving the White House, and admitting he knows he cannot declassify them any longer.  This destroys his prior claims that anything he takes is magically, automatically declassified, and he knows it.

Then on Friday morning, two more of his lawyers, Jim Trusty and John Rowley, quit in disgust.

This, just four days before Donald is scheduled to appear in a Miami courtroom to be formally charged.

All this while even more criminal charges are pending. Special Counsel Jack Smith still is readying indictments regarding Trump's inciting of the January 6th riots at the Capitol. And in Georgia, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is investigating and will soon indict Trump on his attempts to force Georgia officials to overturn the will of that state's voters by concocting 11,780 non-existent votes for himself.

His indictment in Georgia will probably happen during late July or early August.
